Cancellation & Deposit
- Deposit Will be do upon trip being booked.
- Deposit Will be 50% of trip.
- You may cancel 7 days prior to booking for a full refund.
- Trips canceled any time after the 7th day will forfeit their deposit.
Passengers can bring their own food and drinks. Beer and Wine are Fine. Safety briefings will be conducted before every trip per coast guard mandate.
Will make stops at various locations that provide food, drinks, and restrooms. Each trip will be catered to each specific group to better meet their needs. Prior planning will be made with the group.
Captain has the option of cancelling any charter at any time for safety reasons that can included but not limited to: (No Refund if Charter Needs to be cancelled for any safety reason)
- Intoxication
- Weather
- Unruly Passengers
- Ignoring to address Captain Safety Concerns
All Charters/Boat Rides will be private and limited to a maximum of 6 passengers, which include children.
